These low carb chocolate balls are a real treat! It's an easy snack for those following a low carb lifestyle. Enjoy them just as a little snack or with a hot cup of tea!

  • 2 Atkins chocolate shake mix
  • 40 g. almond flour
  • 200 mls of water
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp sweetener stevia
  • 15 g. coconut flour
  • 1.50 tbsp coconut oil
  • 30 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 10 g. ground walnuts

Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Add wet ingredients and mix coconut oil in really well with your hands. Roll the mixture into 6 balls, roll the balls in crushed nuts. Place in the balls on a tray and pop them in the freezer for 10 mins to set then store them in an air tight container in the fridge.
